DHS has started to mandate EVV for Caregivers provide PCA services or IHS (individual home supports). Whether or not the caregiver lives with the client, they will be required to use EVV.
DHS is rolling out agencies to start using EVV. As yet, HAAS has not been given the letter that we are to start using EVV. We anticipate starting to use EVV sometime in the next few months. We will give you more details when we are in the queue to start services with DHS.
