Use the Email address and password that you used to set up your account to login to HHAExchange.
If you login to the app before you have contacted HAAS with your Mobile ID, an error message will display.
You are not linked to an agency. You must be linked to an agency prior to accessing the system. Contact your agency with your Mobile ID number xxxxxxxx to be confirmed. An email confirmation with this ID number was previously emailed to (the email address you entered).
If you have sent HAAS your Mobile ID number (and we have had time to add it to the system), you will see either mobile app home page for HAAS or (if you work for more than one agency), the agency selection page.
From the HAAS agency home page, you will be able to see Scheduled Visits, Unscheduled Visits, Patients, Messages, Open Shifts and Availability.
If you have not sent HAAS your Mobile ID number, please do so as soon as possible. We will need a few days to process requests to be added to the system. Please be patient. We will contact you as soon as we have added your Mobile ID number to HAAS.
