These are the steps for downloading the HHAExchange app on your smart phone and registering with HHAExchange as a care provider.
Download the free app on your phone from either the Apple app store or the Google Play store.
- Go to the Apple app store or the Google Play store
- Minimum requirements for smart phones to use the HHAExchange app
- Smartphones using the Android Operating System must use version 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher
- Apple iPhones must use iOS version 11.0 or higher
- Search for HHAExchange
- Select the app and then the Install button
- Give permission to allow the app to access the device location
- Apple iPhones must use iOS version 11.0 or higher
- Click on Sign Up to continue
- Signing up for HHAExchange
- Enter your email address
- You will need an email address; there are many places to get a free email address such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, aol.com, icloud.com and many others. Please sign up for an email address if you do not already have one. If you need help, please contact us at the office.
- Create and confirm your password
- Click Done
- Click Signup
- See message from HHAExchange that you have successfully signed up and click Okay.
- Create a Profile
- Enter your first and last name
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
- Also fill in your Gender, Birth Date, Email and Phone Number
- Click OK to complete.
- Your Mobile ID
- number will display and an email will be sent to you.
- Forward that email with your Mobile ID number to haas@haascares.com in order for HAAS to register you as a PCA providing services with our agency.
- It is very important that you provide your Mobile ID number to HAAS.
