Supervising Professional
Lead the people and the plans. As a Supervising Professional, you're responsible for the quality of care delivered by HAAS caregivers — through hiring, training, supervising, and adjusting plans when life changes. You meet Minnesota's QP qualifying-paths criteria and hold real responsibility.
— What you’ll do
The day-to-day.
- Supervise caregivers across multiple client homes.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop care plans alongside clients and families.
- Coordinate with case managers, county workers, and waiver coordinators.
- Hire, onboard, and continuously develop direct-support staff.
- Ensure compliance with Minnesota 245D and CFSS standards.
- Document supervision visits and audit care plan execution.
— What we’re looking for
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, special education, or a related human-services field — OR equivalent qualifying experience per Minnesota QP paths.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in home care, community supports, or a related setting.
- Familiarity with Minnesota waiver programs (CADI, BI, CAC, DD, EW, AC).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual / multilingual experience strongly preferred.
- Comfort with documentation, audits, and compliance work.
